IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 AND YOUR CARE AT THE ALJAN COMPANY

The Aljan Company is currently open, however we are taking extra precautions in order to maintain employee and patient health and safety. We ask for your cooperation and understanding with these measures and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

• If you are not the individual that has an appointment today, we please ask that you remain in the car. We are limiting the amount of people entering the building and the waiting area is closed. If you are a patient that requires assistance, please limit to one helper. For minor children, only parents/guardians may accompany the patient for the appointment.

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Once you check in, you will be immediately taken to a patient room.

• Patients are seen by appointment only. If you do not already have an appointment, please contact our office at 608-257-4256
• PLEASE NOTE – If your device is in need of immediate repair, please contact the office and we will make the approptiate accomodatoins to see you. ****This does not apply to foot orthotics. Please call to make an appointment for foot orthotic needs.

• If you are a new patient, we STRONGLY encourage you to register and upload your insurance information on the website prior to your appointment.
